Samsung seems all set to expand its mid-range Galaxy A-series by debuting a new device: the Galaxy A17 5G, as it appears on official support pages now.
The Korean tech giant has already debuted a bunch of smartphones earlier this year under the Galaxy A lineup, including the Galaxy A26, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A56. Now it is looking forward to launching one more device, the Galaxy A17 5G, as the successor of the Galaxy A16.
Recently, it was reported that Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A17 5G, the Galaxy Tab S11 series, and the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite soon in India; however, the exact date was not revealed.
Meanwhile, now, official support pages for the Galaxy A17 5G have been spotted on Samsung’s official website in several regions, including the UK, the Caribbean, and Switzerland. The company is developing the device with the dedicated model number SM-A176B.
However, the support pages don’t reveal any major details regarding the specifications of the device. Ritually, Samsung makes its support pages live when the device is around the corner from its official launch, which hints that the Galaxy A17 launch is close enough.
Following the previous launches of the lineup, the Galaxy A17 smartphone was supposed to be launched sometime in October, as its predecessor, the Galaxy A16 5G, was launched last year in October. Since the support pages of the device have already started appearing online, which hints at the launch before October.
Samsung has yet to reveal the exact official launch date of the Galaxy A17 5G smartphone, but it’s expected that it could be in the coming days.
