Samsung has confirmed to bring the toast notification content reading with One UI 8 which was removed due to some errors in One UI 7. This will bring convenience to read the notification.
Toast notifications provide feedback or updates about an action or event, for example, the profile updated successfully or a new message arrived. These notifications are usually associated with a particular application and are displayed within the app’s interface.
Earlier, Samsung provided easy access to information in the toast notification if allowed by users, but due to some error, it has removed the functionality in the One UI 7, and limited to show which app generated the toast.
But, after getting the complaint of the same case, the official Samsung community moderator confirmed that Samsung will provide the same functionality in the One UI 8.
As it is part of Nice Catch customisation, it is possible that the company could update the Nice Catch application and provide the setting to activate the normal toast notifications which make the content visible to the user.
