List of Galaxy A Series Phones Getting One UI 8 (Android 16) Update

Samsung’s One UI 8 journey has already started on May 28th, with Galaxy S25 series owners already pursuing the beta build. So far, the S25 models have received two beta versions, while many other eligible Galaxy device owners are already in the queue to receive the build.

Meanwhile, if you are a damn A series ’phone user, you might be curious to know whether your Galaxy device will make it to the latest OS or not. No worries! Here’s the list of Galaxy A series models that are eligible to get the update.

Since the queue of One UI 8-eligible Galaxy devices is long, the list consists of various models, from the current S series flagships to tablets, foldables, and devices from the budget category. But at the same time, the Galaxy A series models fall under the affordable to mid-range category. Also, check out the list below, consisting of A series units that are eligible to receive the One UI 8 version.

Apart from this, since the Galaxy S25 owners have been testing the latest One UI 8 version for a while now, the users have indeed identified a few features or changes, such as quick controlHDR screenshots, and more, that were not listed in the beta changelog. Also, the latest One UI 8 version will run Android 16 on top, allowing it to infuse various essential functions of Android 16 alongside much more One UI customizations.

Well, it looks like Samsung is already testing the One UI 8 version on more eligible devices, with a few signs already seen on the Galaxy S25 EdgeS22, Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Tab S10 series so far.
