Samsung initiate June 2025 patch distribution with Galaxy A56

Interestingly, Samsung has just started the latest June 2025 security patch rollout, beginning with the Galaxy A56 units. The rollout will reach more eligible models shortly.

Meanwhile, Samsung is pushing the June 2025 security patch for the Galaxy A56 models, starting from countries, including Panama and Philippines, other than its home country, South Korea and will reach widely in the coming future.

More specifically, the latest firmware for the Galaxy A56 carries the build number, A566EXXS4AYE5 (Panama) and A566BXS4AYE5 (Uzbekistan) and (Philippines) . Since Samsung has detailed about what the latest June 2025 security patch holds, it brought about a host of significant fixes for all the security vulnerabilities to offer a more secure user experience, while only focusing on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality.

Beyond this, the update further adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior and brings certain performance optimizations to provide a more smooth, stable and optimized user experience.

Well, Samsung launched Galaxy A56 back in March, 2025, alongside other A series devices, including the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26. These units have been brought up with several new features like side button shortcut to access Gemini, but other than that Samsung packs these devices with Awesome Intelligence, a feature that is a slightly tuned down function of the Galaxy AI suite.
