Samsung will discontinue two useful features in the Members app

The Samsung Members app is Samsung’s platform dedicated to discovering all the perks offered by the app, from certain exclusive offers to preorder bonuses to beta-testing opportunities to the latest news and more. Now, Samsung shared an important notice regarding the discontinuation of two useful features from the app.

Samsung just shared an official notice about the Samsung Members app, where it stated that Galaxy users will no longer be able to use certain useful features that are placed under the Support section of the Samsung Members app.
Beginning with the next official version of the Samsung Members app, which is scheduled to be released in the last week of June, features such as My Products, Register and Request Service will be removed entirely. Also, at the moment when the latest version of the Samsung Members app, users will be popped up with an error message while trying to access both of the above-mentioned features in the app.

Beyond this, Galaxy users can check out and download the latest version of the Samsung Members app via the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
Well, currently, Samsung Galaxy phone owners are approaching the Samsung Members app for participating within the One UI 8 beta program, where the first beta is now available for the Galaxy S25 series. At the same time, it’s also reported that the company is also preparing to bring beta 2 for the S25 family as early as possible.
