Samsung delivers One UI 7 update for the Galaxy A25

Samsung’s One UI 7 stable rollout was indeed not so smooth as expected, but the company seems to be picking up momentum in recent days. Right after covering the Galaxy A15 and A16 a couple of days ago, the update is now rolling out for the Galaxy A25 units.
The Galaxy A25 models are starting to receive the Android 15-based One UI 7 update in Samsung’s home country, South Korea. While the update is expected to reach more eligible regions shortly, the firmware is identified with the build number A256NKSU5CYE2.

The latest software is the biggest update ever, backed up with various essential features and capabilities of Android 15, which aims to take the user experience to the next level. It brings the ability to check all the key notifications in the Now Bar without unlocking the phone, while also adding a few controls like music and timers.
At the same time, adds more improved Galaxy AI features in the form of Awesome Intelligence, integrates the ability to customise the home screen widgets, check all the ongoing activities, such as voice recordings and sports scores with the help of real-time notifications.
Further, the update even adds boosted productivity tools such as Writing Assist, call summaries, Drawing Assist, Circle to Search, and more.
Most prominently, the latest update even integrates the new May 2025 security patch that simply aims to improve the device’s overall security and core functionality in order to offer a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against external threats and risks.
