Galaxy Z Fold 7 & Galaxy Z Flip 7 CAD files revealed dimensions

Samsung is gearing up to launch its seventh-generation foldables, including Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the dimensions of both phones have surfaced online.
The company has yet to release any official statement regarding the specifications and design of the coming foldable phones, but leaks and rumors have already started blowing in the market. One of our reliable colleagues, SamMobile, shared the dimensions of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 based on CAD files.

According to the leaked CAD files, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is 4.54mm thin while unfolded and 9mm thin while folded. If this measurement comes into existence, then it will be 0.1mm thicker than the OPPO Find N5 smartphone, which is the world’s thinnest foldable smartphone available in the market nowadays.

While unfolded, the device will measure 158.43 x 143.14 x 4.54mm. Samsung will offer a triple camera setup on the rear of the Galaxy Z Fold 7, with each camera having its own dedicated camera ring. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is 6.94mm thick while unfolded and will measure 166.61 x 75.23 x 6.84mm in dimensions. Including the camera bump, the device will be 9.17mm thick.
Samsung will launch both the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 at the Galaxy Unpacked event in the first week of July 2025. The coming foldables will run Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box.
