In the recent past, Galaxy’s Always on Display (AOD) has become the most significant feature for fans; meanwhile, the latest update to One UI 7 adds more enhancements to the Galaxy AOD and Now Bar.
A new update for the AOD app, version v8.8.25.5, has gradually started rolling out via the Galaxy Store for all Galaxy users, according to recent reports (via Sammy Guru). All in all, the latest update notes a few noticeable changes; one focuses on improving Google Sports GUI, while the other is for One UI 7’s Now Bar notifications.
One UI 7 Now Bar shows Live Sports on Always on Display
Specifically, the Google Sports update interactions UI is now more refined so that it becomes a lot easier for looking sports related content on AOD quickly at a glance, and alternatively, a notice text is also added in the Now Bar settings when the app notifications are disabled. Thus, One UI 7’s Now Bar will now notify users when their preferred app’s notifications are turned off.
However, Samsung brought these few refinements made within the Galaxy AOD app, which apparently looks like a minor update, but it significantly brings a more improved experience for both the AOD feature and, of course, for One UI 7’s most prominent factor: the Now Bar.
