One UI 7 Beta Brings Loudness Normalization for Better Audio Control

Samsung has brought many big and significant changes with the One UI 7 beta update. Apart from them, there are many small changes also added as well. However, if we talk about other tweaks and non-spotlighted changes, there is a new Loudness Normalization feature that has arrived with the latest Android 15-based One UI 7 update.

What is One UI 7 Loudness Normalization feature?

The auto volume adjusment mode makes the volume output of your device constant level. In simple works, the feature automatically adjusts media playback volume to prevent sudden spikes or drops in sound.

It is worth noticing that the auto-volume adjustment has already arrived with One UI 6.1.1 but is limited to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 devices. Now with the first beta update, it is spotted for the Galaxy S24 series devices.

However, it is not clear whether the company may introduce the feature to more devices or if it will be limited to the flagship-level devices belonging to the Galaxy S series and Z series.

To use the feature, you will need to activate it manually. The feature is now available for all the voice output that is streamed through audio media or video files.
