Google Play Store now recommends native applications based on your location

Google is finally making some crucial changes to its Play Store, which will let users get services related to their location, with this service now users will be able to get more personalised applications which will be worth for their productivity.

The latest local recommendation will be available on your Google Play store application with the latest software update with version number 42.1.27.

How to set up the recommendation feature on the Google Play store?

Once you update the application to the latest version and open it the first time, it will prompt you if you want to receive local recommendations from the Google Play store. Here, if you choose to agree and press continue, you need to access your device’s approximate location.

It is worth noticing that this feature is inspired by the Apple store which also gives the recommendation based on the locations. However, if you don’t activate the services in initially, you can still do that by going to the settings of the application.

How to update

Most of the time, the Google Play store gets updated automatically. Alternatively, you can also do that by following simple steps: first open app settings, then tap on the general option, scroll down and touch the about options and tap on the update Play Store.
